Meet our new Head of Marketing US

YTeam_nikki-buschIn the past few months, Ylva Publishing has grown in ways that we could never have imagined. We get more and more submissions each month, sign with amazing new authors, and regularly receive invites for a variety of interviews and marketing opportunities. The reality has surpassed our dreams; however, for some time we have been aware that we need more womanpower on our team to continue to produce the good quality we put out for readers and authors.

Having said that, we are excited to announce that Nikki Busch is just the kind of womanpower we were looking for. She has filled the new position of Head of Marketing US. Nikki will be the contact person for events and conferences, will create and generate awareness of Ylva Publishing in the US, and will play a big part in our social media activity.

She is a seasoned marketing professional with thirty years of experience in the advertising industry. Nikki has worked at some of the biggest ad agencies in New York City and has won over fifteen awards for her work. For Ylva she has already been “the” woman to go to in P-Town for Women’s Week.

We are so happy to have Nikki and her experience on board to fill this new position and we look forward to many years of working together.

Welcome, Nikki!

Nikki, I owe you an apology.

When I first saw your picture, I thought to myself, “what does a kid know about marketing?”

I’m 56, I get to call anyone in their twenties (and under) a ‘kid’. It says so right there in the Big Butch Book of Growing Older.

Then I read your bio. *smacks self in forehead*

The moral of the story is that first impressions are important, but always read the fine print! 🙂

    Congratulations.
